Overview
Temp Customer Service Advisor role for 2 months at MAAC, LLC in Hillington. Role is starting asap for 2 months at £13 per hour. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. You will be part of a busy department, ensuring that every customer has a first-class experience, even when things don’t go as planned. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms.
* Manage customer cases through the system, ensuring smooth resolution.
* Oversee customer orders, maintaining communication throughout the process.
* Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Process card and cash payments accurately.
* Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
Qualifications
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Positive attitude and a drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
* Team player who is passionate about customer service; able to take ownership of inquiries.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; training provided.
