About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Data and Intelligence Services to join our team. You’ll join a forward‑thinking and collaborative department committed to delivering high‑quality digital, data and intelligence services that enable excellent outcomes across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead a cohesive, future‑ready college‑wide data and systems strategy, incorporating governance, business intelligence, data warehousing and systems integration
* Maintain full operational control of data systems, ensuring compliance with digital governance, data protection and reporting requirements
* Deliver high‑quality digital services and intelligence that support curriculum planning, performance monitoring and executive decision‑making
* Drive digital transformation and modernisation initiatives, including automation, cloud technologies and AI adoption
* Manage and develop the Systems, Business Intelligence, Data and Reporting teams, fostering innovation, accountability and high performance
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Data and Intelligence Services, who will bring strong leadership, technical expertise and a strategic mindset. You will have substantial experience managing data operations within a further education or public‑sector environment, with deep knowledge of ProSolution or similar MIS platforms, SQL Server, Power BI and wider Microsoft BI technologies.
You will be confident leading complex digital ecosystems, integrating systems, and delivering robust reporting and analytics that drive organisational performance. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to translate technical insight into meaningful intelligence for stakeholders are essential. You will also demonstrate a commitment to data quality, audit compliance, safeguarding, EDIB principles and continuous improvement.
