Purpose:
The Stadium Sales & Project Manager will drive sales and profitability for the business and is responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relations.
The Stadium Sales & Project Manager is responsible for the achievement of strategic sales objectives to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace and to exceed customer expectations.
The Stadium Sales & Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all projects, including the installation process, integrating with, and ensuring installation teams are working to all site H&S criteria.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Provides a point of contact for key customers; building and maintaining strong customer relationships that exceed their expectations.
· Builds peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key management personnel.
· To be the focal point of contact between Arena Stadia Seating Ltd and the designated customers across UK & the rest of the world.
· To own the customer numbers; track and provide accurate forecasting giving input into weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
· To work with the Metalliform Marketing Manager, Production Engineer and the Production Managers to assist with changes to existing product ranges and new product development.
· Hold regular customer reviews, implement promotional activities including organisation and coordination of conferences / exhibitions.
· Influence and implement advertising & promotional plans.
· To recognise, develop and secure additional Arena sales opportunities within the account base.
· To overview the product range, co-ordinating product selection and ensuring the maximum coverage of Arena focused products in the customer catalogue / website or other route to market.
· To monitor, communicate and implement activities that reduce the impact of competitor actions.
· To ensure snagging and warranty issues are managed in line with the customer contracts.
· Develop relationships with key contacts across the supply chain, marketing and sales.
. To provide Management Information as requested by the customer.
· Understand, manage, and help to resolve customer service issues regarding delivery, pricing, and service levels.
· To champion and maximise local opportunities within the customer base for strategic product categories in line with strategic sales plans.
· To work with the Senior Stadium Manager on key tenders and strategic product selections as required.
· Write price lists and evaluate profit margins.
· Cost and profit analysis.
· To work within and strengthen all of Arena's routes to market i.e. internet, catalogues, furniture dealers, main contractors, architects and designers and direct customers.
· To identify gaps in skills and knowledge of self and any direct reports and works to improve capabilities through coaching, development and training.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required:
Experience
· A minimum of 3 or more years' experience in sales / project management ideally within the stadium industry.
· Ideally with an understanding of the fundamentals of the Stadium / Arena sector.
· Home & office based with regular travel throughout the UK with occasional overseas travel. Will work out of the office for 1 to 2 days per month.
· A good level of understanding in construction H&S, a recognised qualification preferable.

Qualifications
* Must be able to demonstrate a good standard of education at GCSE level
with preference given to A level and Higher Education standard applicants and those
with customer service qualifications.
Membership to the relevant professional body.
