Johnsons Leisure Limited are one of the UK’s largest independent retailers of premium Outdoor Living Products for the home and have been for over 50 years.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager that understands how important quality is to the growth and success of any business. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creative talents and strategic thinking whilst guiding the Johnsons brand to new heights.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a creative team - working with existing staff to deliver dynamic and innovative work.
· Co-ordinate marketing activities across various digital platforms, managing print, social media, email and search engine marketing amongst others.
· Guide all marketing campaigns from inception through to conclusion.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, identifying new growth opportunities whilst always being one step ahead of the competition.
· Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continually optimize marketing efforts.
Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital marketing and management. Your experience and ideas will be integral in how the business grows and adapts. Strong and confident leadership skills are a must.
Tech-savvy: An ability to work across various mediums, content management systems and SEO best practice.
Exceptional Communicator: Effectively communicate ideas, collaborate with internal & external partners whilst building and maintaining key relationships.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
Flexible and Adaptable: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic landscape.
Progression: As the business grows, so will you, by virtue of the progression route which will be available to the right candidate.
