My client is looking for a skilled Powered Access Engineer to join its Hailsham-based depot to help support its expanding fleet across multiple depots. What you’ll do: * Be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), including scissor lifts and cherry pickers. * Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), ensuring the equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for action. * Be available to carry out mobile repairs. What they’re looking for: * Proven experience in electrical and hydraulic fault finding. * Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Service Engineering, IMI, or C&G (or equivalent) * CAPS accreditation (or 5 years relevant experience including mechanical background) * Fork truck or access engineering qualifications highly desirable * CAP & IPAF licenses (preferred) * Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points) * Ability to work independently and use your own initiative. * Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail * A team player with excellent problem-solving skills Benefits: Company Vehicle Company Pension Scheme, Monthly Bonus Opportunities, Personal Development & Training Programme, Employee Assistance Programme, Xmas shut down If you have a background in Powered Access or Agricultural Maintenance, please apply as soon as possible.
