Join our multi award-winning Internal Communications team as we expand our capability with a new role focused on bringing together colleague insight, experience, and engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we connect brand, culture, and colleague voice into a unified and compelling narrative that drives meaningful action across the business. Helping align our colleagues to deliver our exciting strategy over the coming years.
As an Internal Comms Experience and Insight Lead, you’ll:
1. Lead the development of our Colleague Value Proposition (CVP) narrative, ensuring it’s insight-led and aligned to business strategy.
2. Own and evolve our Colleague Experience Insight Framework, translating data into strategic communication themes and actions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver inclusive, effective communications that reflect colleague sentiment and business priorities.
4. Influence leadership messaging and coach colleagues to own their communications and engagement.
5. Represent Internal Communications in cross-functional teams and working Groups
6. Contribute to the ongoing development of our internal communication function and HR department
About You
What You’ll Bring
7. A proven track record in internal communications, with strategic gravitas and a thoughtful, insight-led approach.
8. Strong narrative development skills and the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling communications.
9. Deep understanding of colleague experience, engagement, and brand alignment.
10. Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and shaping leadership messaging.
11. Experience with insight platforms like Qualtrics is also desirable
