Key responsibilities:
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout.
8. Overseeing the sales process from offer agreed through to completion, keeping everything on track.
9. Organising and carrying out property viewings, presenting homes in a confident and personable manner.
10. Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible result for all parties.
11. Working alongside Mortgage & Protection Advisors to identify and maximise additional opportunities.
12. Collaborating with the lettings team to generate referrals and support wider business growth.
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
13. At least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator
14. Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
15. Strong interpersonal skills
16. Career driven
17. Clean driving licence
18. Good communication skills; both written and verbal
19. A team player
