Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key, dynamic role, implementing the company's commercial strategy.


Your Responsibilities Include:

* Contributing to the sales plan implementation
* Automating lead generation via digital tools (growth hacking, social engagement, webinars)
* Proactively sourcing and qualifying leads based on ICP
* Making appointments and ensuring follow-up
* Collaborating with the CEO for lead conversion
* Participating in online demos and presenting product benefits
* Establishing commercial offers and follow-up


Social Media Presence

* Promoting the product and company news on social networks


The Team

You will join a team of 10, including 3 founders. Your manager is Axel Palmaers, CEO, who values initiative and out-of-the-box thinking.


Your Profile

Experience & Skills:

* Minimum 2 years in sales or business development
* Experience in construction, industrial, or engineering industries preferred
* Affinity for digital products (CRM, EDM, collaborative platforms)
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written)

* Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
* Business-oriented communication style
* Strong writing skills
* Resilient, perseverant, and creative in problem-solving
* Analytical, synthetic, and team-oriented
