MINISO is a lifestyle design-led business which has been enjoying huge growth across the globe since its inception in 2013. In just 12 years it operates in over 90 countries, with almost 5,000 stores worldwide.
We currently have over 40 stores in the UK, with several more store openings in 2025 and huge expansion plans over the next few years.
Duties
Our Sales Assistants must be prepared to work within a fast-paced retail environment and hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;
· Previous work experience preferred (but not essential)
· Quick and eager to learn
· Customer focused approach
· The ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative
· Excellent communication skills
· Flexible, dynamic, energetic, with a positive outlook
· Passion for retail
** Must be available to work weekends
** Must be available to work up to 22.00pm

Please note, this is a temporary position, start date will be November 3rd 2025 and end date will be January 5th 2026, with potential to move to permanent depending on performance and future staffing needs.
