Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives.
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
* Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams.
* Translate business needs into well-defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
* Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.
Agile Delivery:
* Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
* Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready.
* Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements
Continuous Collaboration:
1. Conduct elaboration sessions and Show & Tell demos to stakeholders.
