About the Position
1. Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa & Wellbeing division
2. Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
3. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
4. Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
5. Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
6. Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are met
7. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the spa and wellbeing offerings
8. Champion a culture of wellness across the resort for guests and colleagues
The Successful Candidate
9. Proven experience as a senior spa or wellbeing leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness brand
10. Strong commercial and operational background with a strategic mindset
11. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
12. Luxury international destination spa experience a must
13. Up-to-date knowledge of global wellbeing trends and guest expectations
14. Professional, polished, and passionate about creating transformative experiences
15. Positive, proactive, and able to inspire excellence at all levels
