We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Assistant at Aire View Care Home in Leeds.
Location & Pay
Permanent role based in Kirkstall. Pay rate £12.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene care.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and promptly escalated any identified risks.
* Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

Candidate Requirements
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Demonstrated initiative and a respectful attitude.
* Efficiency and ability to follow reasonable instructions from team members.
* Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Other Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Information about the Role
The role involves caring for residents and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Training and induction will be provided.
