Job Description
How will you contribute?
* You will report to the General Manager and give direction and monitor performance, ensuring the site runs efficiently and effectively with full responsibility for end-to-end activities, taking accountability for overall productivity.
* Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure first-class operational performance.
* Ensure effective communication within the operational leadership team, sharing performance updates, company news, and procedures.
* Develop strong relationships with the People leadership team to deliver an effective people plan, ensuring the best talent and a robust succession plan for key roles.
* Strive for top-notch HSE performance, ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures and requirements.
* Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by motivating and guiding the leadership team to meet operational excellence and productivity targets daily.
* Lead, develop, and inspire direct reports to ensure a performance-focused and engaged team, achieving business goals while maximizing individual potential.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Deputise for the site GM as required.
