Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct technical surveys and inspections of domestic housing stock.
* Produce detailed scopes of work, technical reports, and drawings.
* Liaise with contractor partners, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
* Use an iPad to complete paperwork and track job progress.
* Attend and lead meetings with contractors and delivery partners.
* Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation and safety standards.
Additional Requirements:
* Must use own vehicle to travel across the borough.
* Mileage may be reimbursed (subject to agency/client arrangement).
* iPad provided for reporting and documentation.
Candidate Essentials:
* Level 4 qualification (e.g. HNC or NVQ) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong building diagnostics and defect resolution skills.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Knowledge of social housing, EPC standards, and maintenance strategies.
* Experience managing capital/revenue repairs within housing.
