What you’ll be doing
as an Analyst
1. Create, upkeep and present reports that demonstrate compliance with legal requirements, including reports and requests from government agencies such as DWI or DEFRA.
2. Ownership of system health, working with large data sets drawn from a number of sources to identify trends and drive system compliance.
3. Design and create dashboards to present key information in an easy-to-understand format.
4. Input into ESS contractor performance meetings and reports, using data insights to improve our utilisation of the third-party.
5. Support continuous improvement activity, using data insights to inform and identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
6. In collaboration with the Security Systems Lead oversee maintenance requests, faults ensuring the functionality of the AMC is maintained
7. Support the AMC upgrade project, to ensure successful delivery of ESS systems
8. Develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Specifically, using data analysis to agree and inform the strategic development of the IT Systems and security equipment deployed on sites and in the AMC.
9. Responsible for delivering agreed security KPIs and adhering to agreed SLAs.

What you should bring to the role
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:
10. A degree or equivalent within an analytical field (e.g. Science, Maths, Geographical disciplines) or substantial work experience in a similar type of role.
11. Full Drivers licence.
12. Role subject to national security clearance when in post. (NSV to CTC)
13. Data, Analytical and Insight experience with strong numeracy and analysis skills.
14. Experience in a related discipline (i.e. Business or Data Analyst) and a wiliness to develop into a security role.
15. Experience of developing and writing reports, good written communication skills.
16. Strong negotiation and people influencing skills. Ability to communicate at all levels, present to an audience and build strong relationships.
17. Office/Microsoft systems incl. Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
18. Data analytical tools e.g. Excel, PowerQuery, SQL and PowerBI.

19. Offering between £40,000 to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
