We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and friendly Nursery. About the Role Working under the guidance of the Nursery Lead/Class Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Create a warm, engaging and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Plan, implement and evaluate a stimulating programme of activities tailored to the needs of individual children. Operate as a key worker, observing and recording children’s progress and maintaining strong, positive relationships with families. Promote the ethos and values of Norton Hill Primary School, contributing to a culture of teamwork, professionalism and child-centred practice. Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all children in your care. About You We are seeking someone who is: Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent). Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play. Skilled at building nurturing relationships with children, colleagues and parents. Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and confident in applying it in daily practice. Committed to professional growth, teamwork and continuous improvement.
