This is an unique opportunity to lead and develop our Early Intervention and Adult Community Mental Health Team in North Warwickshire.
The teams support those with severe mental illness in a recovery‑focussed, trauma‑informed way to provide the best care possible to the residents of North Warwickshire.
The service is being developed in conjunction with health, social care, statutory and voluntary sector partners to create an integrated, partnership‑working service.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership of the Community Mental Health and Early Intervention teams.
* Work alongside other clinical leads across the trust and specialist leads to support collaborative expertise and service development.
* Develop the service and support staff with complex caseload management, offering joint working, professional guidance and supervision.
* Lead the development of the model of practice, evidence‑based interventions and outcome monitoring.
* Coordinate liaison with other agencies, charities and voluntary sectors (e.g., Rethink, MIND, CGL).
* Conduct service audits and manage safety and quality aspects of care delivery.
* Oversee patient flow, working with internal and external partners to optimise it.
* Champion learning at the clinical level and implement improvements.
