The Role: They are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This role offers a fast-track career progression, including a clear path to Partnership with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling a client portfolio, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
* Provide tax advisory services, including tax planning and efficiency guidance.
* Manage and mentor a team, supporting their development.
* Meet with clients independently to discuss their tax needs and build relationships.
* Manage billing processes and maintain profitability.
Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified, aiming to complete CTA or with CTA completed. Strong tax compliance experience is essential; tax advisory experience is preferred. A background in accountancy and experience with RoI tax matters are advantageous.
Skills: Proven team management, excellent communication, client-facing skills, organizational abilities, and a desire to succeed and grow.
