Night Senior Care Assistant

About The Role
This full‑time position (38.5 hrs per week) works night shifts on a 3x on / 3x off rota at De Brook Lodge. As a Night Senior Care Assistant you will lead a team of Care Assistants, providing personalised care plans, administering medication, and planning social and recreational activities to support residents’ dignity, independence and security.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records of care activities and medication administration.
* Leading and motivating a team of Care Assistants to deliver high‑standard, person‑centred care.
* Administering physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
* Safeguarding residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, reporting concerns and undertaking appropriate training.
