We are looking for adynamic Sous Cheffor our exceptional 4 Silver Star 1 AA Crowne Plaza Marlow Bucks SL7 1GJ
Set in 5 acres of landscaped garden with stunning lake, this exceptional Hotel & Spa consists of 168 luxurious bedrooms with 11 conference suites for up to 380 in the largest suite, 1 AA Caprice Fine Dining Restaurant & Terrace, Aqua Lounge bar and Quad Wellness & Spa
We are looking for a talented andcreative Sous to join our fast paced kitchen producing high quality modern British dishes whilst also supporting the authentic Indian section where required.
You should possess the following qualities:
Be confident in providing 100+ covers per day with additional banqueting as events occur.
Work at consistently high standards
Be well presented appearance and excellent communication
You should have a proven and stable background as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in a branded hotel environment or busy rosette establishment, with knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety requirements. Together with the Head Chef, you will be required to ensure high standards and HACCP compliance to maintain the 5 Star EHO rating.
The hotel prides itself on no agency staff and a stable talented brigade.
Previousrosette working experience very important.
