We’re seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover. What you’ll be doing: * Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers. * Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers. * Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans. * Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships. * Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
