Your role Our 'Outstanding' nursery school is looking for a highly skilled Assistant Headteacher, with QTS. You should be confident to manage and lead a team of Early Years Educators throughout the school. Your responsibilities You will teach in the nursery school with children aged between two and five. You will meet the requirements of an excellent class teacher. You will be responsible for developing and implementing planning for learning and development, in partnership with colleagues, in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. As Assistant Headteacher you will be responsible for teaching and learning across the school including further developing our exciting and ambitious curriculum. You will foster the understanding, social and communication skills of the children and develop and maintain relationships with parents/guardians to further support pupils and raise attainment for all children. You will ensure all children are prepared for a successful transition to primary school education and life.
