About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Nurse / ODP to join our Endoscopy team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity will allow the successful individual to join the unit leadership team, along with the Ops Manager at our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Yeovil, opening soon.
As a Lead Nurse / ODP, you will lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
This is a key leadership role, requiring experience in leading and managing a clinical team within Endoscopy.
What you will do:
* Maintain and develop standards of practice to enhance patient experience.
* Lead the delivery of a high-quality, clinically excellent service, influencing change.
* Act as a role model, supporting and empowering colleagues.
* Support learning and development, including performance reviews and development plans.
* Manage resources effectively within the nursing service.
* Build proactive relationships with stakeholders.
