The opportunity: Global Talent Acquisition Resourcer
Location: Cheltenham - hybrid, 2 day per week in office

Now, we’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join the crew.
Who we’re looking for
You’ve got that agency energy, you are proactive, agile, organised, and not afraid to pick up the phone or send 50 messages to find that perfect candidate. But you’re also looking for something more. A role in a team where you’re respected for your insight, not your call sheet or billing. You care about recruitment, and you’re curious about cyber, tech, or security. You want to contribute to work that protects people, businesses, and critical infrastructure, not just fill jobs.
What you'll do
* You will assist your Talent Partner with filling a combination of volume and niche roles in cybersecurity and/or security infrastructure, with a sprinkle of middle-office and Governance positions
* Build meaningful talent pipelines across cyber and technical domains
* Collaborate with your Talent Partner on smart sourcing and attraction strategies - no spray and pray, we love a good content plan here
* Be the candidate’s champion - no ghosting, no nonsense
* Learn the ropes of stakeholder engagement and internal mobility
* Use your fresh ideas to attract and source top tier talent.
You bring
* Agency or internal recruitment experience, having handled a combination of volume and niche roles
* Experience working with ATS’s like Workday, Pinpoint etc., or a good technical capability to learn new systems
* Solid organisational skills and the ability to pivot fast
* Curiosity and a drive to understand the cyber landscape
* A quality-over-quantity mindset, but also ability to work at pace
* Drive to deliver and resilience.
