Job Summary
We are looking for a part‑time Key Holder to join our team, working 16 hours a week with opportunities for overtime. As a Key Holder you will support the Store and Deputy Managers, help shape the success of your store, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
- Craft an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Track sales performance and help boost sales numbers.
- Hit KPIs and drive profitability.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate the team to meet store objectives.
- Maintain company standards at all times.
- Prioritise health and safety for the store and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated with a “get things done” attitude.
- Enjoys working in a team environment and motivating others.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for retail.
- Organised and able to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in discount retail is a bonus, but passion and willingness to learn is sufficient.
