As an Accounts Assistant youll play a key role in the smooth running of financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining the general ledger Processing purchase and sales invoices Performing bank reconciliations and preparing payment runs Reconciling company credit card transactions Supporting fund reporting and compliance Assisting with month-end and year-end processes Coordinating property contractor activities in the Glasgow office Handling general finance admin and ad hoc tasks Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a finance or accounting role Familiarity with invoice processing, payment runs, and Xero Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail Skills & Attributes: Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A self-starter who thrives both independently and, in a team, Why Apply?
