* Key Responsibilities
o Lead and enhance the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.
o Oversee large-scale repairs across housing and corporate properties.
o Manage staffing, equipment, and budgets of approximately £10 million.
o Lead procurement and ongoing management of maintenance contracts.
o Ensure compliance with building regulations, housing standards, and property maintenance best practices.
o Provide strong leadership to operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
