Location: Chestnut Manor Care Home, Cambridge Park, London, E 2PR

Shifts: Night and Day shifts available across Monday to Sunday (7.pm to 8am / 7.am to 8pm)

About the role:
18. Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
19. Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
20. Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
21. Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
22. Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
About you:
23. The right to work in the UK
24. Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
25. Previous experience in elderly care is essential to be considered
26. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
27. Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
28. A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude and a flexible work ethic
