Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a global FMCG client at their offices in Belfast.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment - initially for 3 months.
Working within their busy customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all orders are processed as requested.
Duties will include:
- Handling incoming customer queries via email and telephone
- Processing orders within allocated timescales and in line with SLA's
- Building and maximising customer relationships
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- General customer service and admin duties as required
The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service role and be confident working with internal/external databases and MS office packages.
Please note that due to the nature of our clients' organisation, the successful candidate will be required to apply for a basic criminal record check via DBS.
