We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong leadership skills to join our Adult Community Team as an Assistant Team Manager based in Chippenham Wiltshire. As the Assistant Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Adult Community Team Manager to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively across Wiltshire to adults requiring assessments, care, and support. In the absence of the Team Manager, you will take the lead in managing, coordinating, and inspiring the locality team. You will provide professional guidance and support to Advanced Practitioner Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, helping to maintain high standards of practice and service delivery. We are looking for someone who brings not only strong leadership and budget management skills, but also a dynamic and creative mindset—someone who is passionate about doing things differently to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will champion a strengths-based approach, promoting independence and person-centred practice at every opportunity.
