If you like the sound of becoming a teaching assistant, please get in touch today! \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n\nProvide 1:1 learning support for children with profound needs. \nBuild rapport and establish appropriate relationships with students in line with their support plans. \nEmpower students to achieve their personal and academic goals by following educational and care plans with the support of the classroom team. \nPerson Specification \n\nExperience working with people with additional needs. \nAn understanding of care plans and EHCP. \nGCSE Level Qualification. \nHave a positive attitude towards learning. \nAbility to adapt and think dynamically in high pressured situations. \nDBS on the update service. \nThis is a good opportunity to get into education and to gain experience in a special needs setting.
