Sports Activity Coach (Primary Schools)
Location: Colchester
Hours: 20 hours/week | Split shifts | Before and afterschool
Pay: £ £12.21 per hour

We're looking for energetic, reliable individuals with sports coaching experience to run fun, engaging sessions as part of our wraparound care provision in primary schools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead before-school, lunchtime and after-school activity sessions
* Deliver structured and inclusive coaching for children aged 4–11
* Ensure a safe and engaging environment
* Be part of holiday camps (optional during school holidays)
What You'll Need:
* Aged 18+ (Ofsted/insurance requirement)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* A minimum of one Level 2 NGB sports qualification and/or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience coaching or leading groups of children
* Confident in session planning and behaviour management
* Valid (or willingness to obtain) enhanced DBS
