A well-regarded Legal 500-ranked firm based in Liverpool is looking for an NQ - years PQE Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and varied team. The team handles a wide range of litigation matters, with particular focus on insolvency and debt recovery, alongside commercial and corporate disputes.
The Role
* Advise clients across the full spectrum of litigation matters, including insolvency, debt recovery, commercial disputes, etc.
* Manage a caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, attending court, and negotiating settlements.
* Work closely with partners and senior team members to provide high-quality, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the practice.

About You
* Qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience (NQ-1 years PQE).
* Experience handling general commercial disputes (insolvency and debt recovery would be adventurous).
* Confident in client-facing and courtroom settings.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
* Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the growth of a well-established litigation team.
