Electrical Project Manager (Building Services – Commercial & Office Fit-Out)
£85,000 to £100,000 (reflective of experience and seniority) + Benefits Package
About the Company
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected M&E Building Services contractor known for delivering high-specification commercial and office fit-out projects, typically ranging in value from £100k to £3m. With a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and repeat business, they offer a supportive environment where people are encouraged to develop and take ownership of their work.
The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of electrical packages on commercial and office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll be involved in both office and site-based coordination, working closely with design, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing electrical projects from design through to commissioning and handover
* Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
* Overseeing installation works, QA, and compliance with electrical standards
* Contributing to planning, progress meetings, and programme management
About You
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services sector
* Background in commercial and office fit-out environments (Cat A / Cat B preferred)
* Strong technical understanding of LV distribution, lighting, containment, and control systems
* Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with clients on live projects
* Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
Remuneration Package – Electrical Project Manager
Base Salary: £85,000 to £100,000 (reflective of experience and seniority)
