We are working with a well-established and growing building services provider, recognised for delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team.

The Role
Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
Fault finding, diagnostics, and component replacement
Working across a variety of commercial environments, with a strong presence in the hospitality sector
Carrying out works on a wide range of systems including VRV/VRF, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs and controls
Producing detailed service reports, including health checks, F-Gas compliance, and system performance assessments
Working to manufacturer standards using specialist diagnostic tools
Supporting commissioning and re-commissioning works where required
Assisting with manufacturer warranty works when applicable
Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team
Covering Scotland, with occasional overnight stays required

What's On Offer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Door-to-door travel pay
40-hour working week
Overtime available (enhanced rates)
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

No call-out / standby rota currently in place

Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
F-Gas Certification (Category 1)
Minimum 5 years' experience in AC service and maintenance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Experience working with leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and Toshiba
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across Scotland with occasional overnight stays
