Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Education Account Handler based in Weston-Super-Mare. The role will involve helping to manage a portfolio of education clients, handle insurance renewals, provide quotes to new prospects, and assist with policy amendments, claims and documentation. Additional responsibilities include liaising with insurers and helping with new business generation where required.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Knowledge and experience in insurance is useful but not essential. Full training can be provided.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
* Proficiency in maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues
* Insurance qualifications or a commitment to studying for the CII Certificate in Insurance qualification.
