We are seeking a specialist Senior Delivery Consultant or Executive Researcher to join an elite desk focusing on the highest tier of IT leadership into Investment Banking.
This is a 180-role designed for a "pure" recruiter who excels at the search, the approach, and the placement. You will partner with a Senior Business Manager to execute on a constant pipeline of up to 50 live, exclusive roles per month. We are placing CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and C-Suite tech leaders into global banking institutions with 7-figure compensation packages.
The Requirements: A Proven Headhunter
This is not a role for a database recruiter. To be successful, you must possess:
* A Robust IT-into-Banking Network: You should arrive with an established "black book" of senior-level candidates within the London and European Financial Services tech market.
* Proven Headhunting Pedigree: You must be an expert in proactive search, mapping out competitors, and successfully approaching "passive" high-net-worth candidates.
