As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients across the South of England, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships, growing account value, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a home-based, field-focused role offering variety, autonomy, and room to grow.
* Promote a wide range of chemical solutions to existing and prospective customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
* Respond promptly to technical enquiries, sample requests, and pricing questions.
* Plan and conduct customer visits, complete visit reports, and maintain CRM records.
* Hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Must have:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confidence and motivation to work independently in a field-based role.
* Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering customer value.
* A full UK driving licence.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or field-based roles.
* Experience in the chemical sector.
* Knowledge of regulated or technical manufacturing industries.
