This organisation is responsible for managing the decommissioning and environmental remediation of a major nuclear site, employing thousands to tackle complex nuclear challenges.
The Role:
You will be responsible for creating and updating the projects working ETAP model, production of fault calculations, protection reports and arc flash risk assessments. You will provide power and protection specialism support to the wider design team.
Essential Skills:
• Working knowledge of BS EN 60909 Fault Calculations
• Working knowledge of ETAP modelling software
• Experience of 11kV & 400V substation design
• Experience with protection and control systems (11kV & 400kV)
• Desirable: experience with other CAD tools, namely Trimble, ERACs and Digsilent + experience with IEC61850 and power system SCADAs
