We are looking for a full or part-time Customer Services Advisor who is great at building relationships and has an interest in the pub and drinks sector.
If making connections with publicans and processing orders/advising 240 different pubs sounds exciting, this could be your perfect role! From small cosy corner pubs to large volume establishments there is a wide range of pubs which you’ll sort in your role. If you’re an expert in the hospitality world or new to the drinks industry, don’t worry, you’ll receive ongoing training in all @types of drinks you’ll find in a pub from beer and wine to spirits and cocktails.

Role Description
We are recruiting an on-site role for a Customer Services Advisor located in Bredbury, Stockport.
Responsible for order processing, upselling promotions, recommending products and providing B2B customer services support to our pub partners and managers.
Hours: Either 37.5 hours per week or 25hrs - Monday to Friday 9am to 2:30pm – please state your preference upon application.
Who are we looking for?
* Somebody who is passionate about pubs, problem solving and believes in providing outstanding customer service.
* You’ll be hitting the ground running so we’re looking for somebody who learns quickly and is interested in the wide range of products and services we offer. You’ll soon be tapping into your investigative and intuitive skills to make product recommendations and resolve customer queries quickly and confidently.
* If you have industry experience then that's great, but if not, you'll be positive, proactive, and willing to learn and develop your skills.
Key Requirements:
* Customer-focused Customer Service skills
* Previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Services roles
* Excellent telephone manner, able to handle difficult calls and guide conversations towards positive resolutions
* Strong administrative skills and able to work in a sometimes fast paced environment without compromising on quality
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to think creatively
* Happy and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Great knowledge of Microsoft applications including Teams and Excel

* Starting salary of £28,350 (reduced pro-rata for part-time hours) plus the benefits below:
