We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead our manufacturing facility and drive excellence across Production, Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics, and Warehousing. Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
* Develop and deliver operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
* Oversee end‑to‑end operational processes— from estimating through to onsite delivery—ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Team & Culture
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing operations team.
* Support HR with recruitment, development, and performance management across operational departments.
* Promote a positive, accountable culture and act as a role model for behaviour and performance expectations.
Operational Excellence
* Manage resources including personnel, materials, and equipment to optimise output and reduce waste.
* Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvements and operational discipline.
* Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
Financial & Stakeholder Management
* Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial targets.
* Collaborate closely with business development, sales, estimating, and finance teams to support seamless workflow and shared objectives.
* Attend client meetings as a customer‑facing operational expert.
* Contribute to SLT meetings and produce monthly board‑level departmental reports.
About You
Experience
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or wider operational functions.
* At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a similar environment.
Skills

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational systems.
