Job Description
* Coordinate and supervise the activities of the team, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute the assigned events.
* Provide information and guidance for the clients in order to obtain accurate specifications for the events.
* Manage all operations in the Conventions to ensure excellent customer services and to provide outstanding technical expertise.
* Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centreto ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service contractors and other suppliers of event services.
* Ensure to develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and other suppliers of event services.
* Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;
* Ability to accept responsibility;
* Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
* Ability to enhance organizational performance
