Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team.
You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, starting with initial engagement and evaluation.
Participants will receive motivational support and guidance to help them stay engaged during their sentence. You'll provide both group and one-on-one interventions to help participants overcome obstacles and reintegrate into their communities, including efficient pre-release activities to facilitate seamless community integration.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. However, we value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds, providing coaching and mentoring.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience
* IAG Level 3 - desirable
* Experience managing participant caseloads - desirable
* Proficiency in electronic data management and information systems
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various settings
* Ability to motivate and engage individuals
