Your Role
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and efficient site work. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards, while managing time and costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Resource Manager to oversee direct labor and supply chain teams, ensuring all construction activities meet scheme deliverables.
* Take overall responsibility for Health & Safety on-site, managing issues, paperwork, and conducting toolbox talks.
* Proactively manage multiple concurrent projects by overseeing site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in the water, civils, or construction industry with an electrical bias.
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
* A full driving license.
