Whats the role all about?
As a Production Supervisor, youll work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Youll be the first point of contact for the production team, helping them stay motivated, supported and performing at their best.
Youll be responsible for:
1. Managing raw material stock levels across all production lines
2. Overseeing quality control, identifying issues and supporting complaint resolution
3. Ensuring timely production changeovers and execution of the shift plan
