Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delays. Assist in planning and delivering differentiated activities in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO. Promote independence, confidence, and emotional regulation in pupils. Implement behaviour support strategies and contribute to individual support plans. Use visual aids, sensory tools, and structured routines to enhance learning. Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting. Knowledge of EHCPs, sensory integration strategies, or communication aids (e.g., Makaton, PECS). A nurturing and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
