What You Will Do: • Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for Units Under Test (UUT) across Batteries, Electronic Drive Units (EDU), and Engine Test environments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Coordinate the procurement and logistics of components, including ordering, tracking, and expediting parts through internal systems and suppliers to meet test deadlines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate test requirements into actionable kitting plans, ensuring all components, tools, and documentation are ready for testing. • Maintain and refine kitting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements while adhering to established procedures. • Provide regular updates to the Central Planning Team, including detailed weekly reports on kit readiness, delivery status, and risk mitigation actions. • Resolve component or delivery issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to test schedules.
