Overview
We are seeking an NQ, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal to support litigation on complex motor fraud cases for a broad range of clients in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Research to support legal strategies and case development.
Qualifications
- Experience handling insurance or motor fraud litigation preferred; broader fraud experience also considered.
- Strong understanding of motor‑related claims and the litigation process, including pre‑action protocols and CPR.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills, with experience using case management systems.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
