* Manage inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and best practices.
* Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant's quality standards.

* Proven supervising experience within a kitchen environment.
