RTA Solicitor / Fee Earner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a growing litigation team based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients while managing a busy and varied caseload of RTA matters involving liability disputes and credit hire litigation.
The Role
* Manage a caseload of RTA and credit hire litigation files
* Analyse liability and risk to progress cases effectively
* Work within the MOJ portal and CPR framework
* Liaise with clients, insurers and third parties to progress claims
* Use Proclaim case management system to manage files and ensure compliance
* Drive efficient case progression and settlement outcomes
About You
* Experience handling RTA litigation matters
* Knowledge of the MOJ process and Civil Procedure Rules
* Experience dealing with credit hire claims
* Strong organisational and client care skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to work in a busy environment
* Experience with Proclaim beneficial but not essential
